Chennai – 25 Dear Sir, Sub: Requesting permises for celebrating the software freedom day on 19thsep 2009. Requesting TNSTC to provide around 20 computer for the expo on 19th sep 2009. Requesting 2 halls for lecturing. Warm greetings, SFD(Software Freedom Day) is celebrated world wide on September 19 2009. On this day ILUGC-Chennai Chapter want to do an expo show casing the free and open source software . This exercise typically we call it as LDD(Linux Demo Day) giving demo's on various free and open source softwares. The purpose of the event is to spread the message of Software Freedom which results in healtier electronic world. We request you to permit us to use your place as venue, we request you to provide us around 20 computers so that we can use it. We would be obliged.
