Service pack creator downloads all the dependencies of the specified RPM package regardless of whether it is installed on your system. For example, a service pack for for the package quake3-demo will include quake3-demo, quake3, opengl-games-utils and bash and you can transfer it and install it on a friend's system with Fedora 11 installed on the same architecture. To demonstrate, I have created one for you: To test, download http://sundaram.fedorapeople.org/packages/experimental/quake3-demo-fedora-11-i686.servicepack Click on it on a Fedora 11 (x86_32) system and you should be able to install it without any extra dependencies.
