So we cannot comment about the motherboard. Anyway. Fedora 7 is much older a release. > Now i want to work with fedora 9 ..Is it possible to work?? Can i > get into fedora 9?? Depends on the system again. However on most (99%) of the systems it should work. If you can wait for a week, get Fedora 11. Or grab Fedora10 today :D > What might be the reason for it(fedora 7) doesn't work??? You can give the specs of your pc. Also, try logging in in single user mode (In the grub screen, press e while Fedora is highlighted in the list of OSes. Go to the line that says kernel .... and to the end of the line, add the word single or the number 3). _______________________________________________ To unsubscribe, email [email protected] with "unsubscribe <password> <address>" in the subject or body of the message. http://www.ae.iitm.ac.in/mailman/listinfo/ilugc
