I really apologize for late reply.
We have one router in same network but it didn't control my Linux box,
Since that router is doing business with other ISP and this Linux box is doing 
with another ISP.
There is Nothing in Ping output.100% Packet loss.

Do you have a routers, how many? Seems like you have high latency, can you send 
your ping output?
