1. Without the computers, if people were to bring their notebooks/netbooks, how many people can the place accommodate? Can they connect to the Internet? 2. May I ask where the place is located (also in terms of accessibility)? 3. Price can vary depending on the number of people, what is offered at the event (facilities, food, et. al.), and the organizers.
