Try openvpn. The openvpn server is to be installed on a Linux box in your office, and there are clients available for several platforms like Windows, Linux, Mac, etc. OpenVPN is SSL based and does not suffer from NAT and firewall port forwarding issues. openvpn.net has a lot of documentation to get you started. There are also plenty of tutorials/guides online which can walk you through the process.
