there has been some discussion on the hosting of the lug wiki and it appears that it is on some very low end platform. Surely we have the resources to have - at the least - a vps, or preferably a dedicated server? Why should we be struggling like this? A dedicated server - cheapest - costs around 50 Euros a month and will give us full root access, 300 gb of space, unlimited bandwidth etc etc. I am sure we can raise the funds to get a server for the next 3 years within 24 hours. Why do we not do this? We are the second oldest LUG in India and easily the biggest.
