Update on the progress 1. I was not able to get the control panel access and hence it is difficult to backup everything and dumping 2. db size is around 3 GB because of the spam in mediawiki db table "Old" 3. truncated the entire Old table and took the backup of the db.
TODO 1. install new mediawiki with effective spam control and move the data to it.
