With my experience about polio camp(though the topic is different, polio awareness to villager was little difficult) , I would suggest "Just one village at a time" concept.There is already a Google Bus going on, may be they can give an initiative with high end system(assumbly) so that the NGO worker can continue with the base knowledge.
