Hi, Am looking for a web designer competent in CSS and browser quirks to design the 'look' for a web application that will raise the Web's major version by a whole, integral number .... whatever be its current version :-).
Am not very sure there will be many CSS/design types lurking here. So, even if you are not, but know someone, please mail me their email ID or request them to mail me.
