Hello all. I gone through the registered project demos in fossconf 09. I noted that there are 3 projects from Jaya engg college already contributed in Carteblanche 09 conducted in MIT, last Jan 31st. In Carteblanche, I gone through the 5 projects. Four projects are from Jaya college. They have working models also. But they did not yet upload their source code in internet. I asked them to upload their code to the open source world and get/call the contributions from community people. Except Spell checker project, others did not uploaded the code, till now [Or I missed the link?.]. Seems they are primarily intersted to show the projects in project demos instead of share & work along with community. If all the projects are having a working code then it is more useful, first upload the source code of that project and then participate in "Project demos" Or keep a copy of that project source code in the project demo and distribute those who are asking the code. So that others can go through the project; play with the code and contribute. Otherwise no use of displaying a project in a open source event. Jaya students already doing open source projects. But I cant find any download section in their http://www.jayafossclub.com Give me the link, if already they have uploaded.
