There is one more good website for Presentation sharing

http://authorstream.com

This site seems to be better than slideshare as it allows different
conversions [from ppt to other formats] and also the 90% of the  custom
animations, applied on the uploaded document, is preserved. which doesn't
seem to happen in slide share.
