Thanks I will try that. But an interesting thing happened -- something I always
do. The Sify engineer that came to my place to rectify the problem. I bombarded
him so much with GNU/Linux thing that he ended up returning a DVD of Ubuntu
which I burnt for him. Right now he is installing it. I did same with the
earlier engineer :P
