I have absolutely no clue on this behavior :-(. It seems 124.7.230.97 is
doing some dirty firewall filtering. I dont understand why sify blocks
pinging websites. With this level of filtering, I suspect they have some
more unfair filtering there. Please check who is 124.7.130.97. If it is your
Modem IP address, then you can have a look at its fire wall table. If it is
ISP's IP, then you may have to pull their legs.
