It seems 124.7.230.97 is doing some dirty firewall filtering. I dont understand why sify blocks pinging websites. With this level of filtering, I suspect they have some more unfair filtering there. Please check who is 124.7.130.97. If it is your Modem IP address, then you can have a look at its fire wall table.
