1)      SAP HR Time Management Lead 

 

At least 8+ years of SAP HR experience with 3 implementation in Time
Management area should have experience on Positive (+ve) Time Management
(CATS, quota creations), MUST have experience working on Schemas and
PCR's(creating new PCR's or modifying current PCR's based on client
requirement). Solid understanding of the full life cycle phase. Involved
with the design phase of the project. Strong communication skills, is a must
with the confidence to speak to all levels of the business.

  

 

2)      SAP HR ESS/MSS Lead 

At least 5+ years of SAP HR experience with 3 implementation in ESS/MSS
Portal Position:  Proficiency in SAP Enterprise Portal versions EP 7.3,
Proficiency in SAP Portal content management and User Management experience,
Experience in UWL configuration,. Experience in ESS/MSS Portal content
development. Experience in SAP Enterprise Portal and its technical
connection to the SAP Backend System, including the Single Sign-on (SSO)
Configuration and User Mapping . Proficiency in Development of homepage
framework for ESS/MSS . Proficiency in ESS/MSS functionalities configuration
in SAP backend system. Configuration of ESS/MSS services within R/3 and
Portal .  Good Knowledge of PA, OM, Time Management modules and good
understanding of Payroll, Benefits modules .   Experience in configuration,
development and delivery of solutions in ECC 6.0 .  Good knowledge and
troubleshooting experience in SAP Business workflow in HCM,   Proficiency in
MSS Approvals

Good knowledge in MSS Reporting Strong communication skills, is a must with
the confidence to speak to all levels of the business.

 

 

3)      SAP HR Benefit lead 

At least 8+ years of SAP HR experience with 3 implementation in US Benefits
working on large implementation projects. having strong experience in
managing the & Benefits function within multinational companies of repute.
General project management skills with experience managing large
implementation projects either on in a multi site role or local. Solid
understanding of the full life cycle phase. Involved with the design phase
of the project. Strong communication skills, is a must with the confidence
to speak to all levels of the business.

 

 

4)      Pay Roll Lead 

 

Required  an experience SAP Payroll Lead Consultant , candidate should be a
SAP HR Payroll Consultant that has worked in a functional capacity with
various clients to make a real difference to their internal HR PY systems,
7+ years SAP HR Payroll experience, Payroll implementation project
experience, At least 3 full life cycle (end to end) implementation projects.
Liaising with different business users at various levels including Senior
Management, Strong background and understanding of Payroll (US , India) .
Solid functional consulting background. Perform blueprinting workshops ,
Design and document the business requirements and any program
specifications.  Configure the solution to the requirement. 

 Develop and test detailed functional designs for business solution
components and prototypes. Ensure appropriate documentation standards are
maintained.  Supervise application build, test and deploy activities ,
Driving test planning and execution.
