*This position is for a Senior AIX Engineer responsible for designing
and providing engineering level support in the implementation, testing
and management of a large enterprise IBM AIX SAP environment. *
*Position will engineer AIX and NetApp infrastructure hosting SAP
through the use of documented designs, specifications, and
configurations. The ideal candidate will have the ability to create
detailed installation and configuration plans, procedures, scripts and
deployment kits, as well as perform root cause analysis into AIX
incidents, procedures/script failures and post-build issues to ensure
root cause elimination. *

* _Required Skills:_*
*· IBM Power6, AIX 6.1, IBM Virtualization in (Virtual I/O servers,
Shared Ethernet Adapters, Virtual SCSI, NPIV), HACMP, NIM, MPIO,
Brocade, NetApp *
*· Experience designing and implementing IBM Virtualization
technologies in a HA configuration. *
*· Experience supporting both medium (p550/570) and large (p595)
pSeries systems. Power6 platforms. *
*· AIX HACMP hands-on exposure and experience *
*· pSeries LPAR/DLPAR definition experience required *
*· Experience with pSeries and AIX in an SAN NetApp environment
strongly preferred*

*· Brocade SAN switch is a big plus *
*· SAP is a big plus *
*· TPM is a big plus *
*· **Live Partition Mobility is a plus*
