Technical lead, must pass Senior technical exam on C#.net. Great
opportunity for someone with great communication skills. Will need to
have experience working with off shore technical developers. This will
be matrix team leadership.
Qualified Notes:
Need a Tech Lead with developer background. Would take a shot on
someone who has been a developer and wants to be a Tech Lead.
Daily basis: design, matrix team leadership (no direct team
management), account for project deliverables, document and be part of
discussions about arch. design decisions (but not an architect and don't
need that background), interact with offshore team that does coding
(don't have to write codes)
Tech skills: C#, .Net and HTML (for eCommerce component)
This is probably an on-going role, but no promises!
