THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN PADUCAH, KENTUCKY HAS ISSUED A FLOOD WARNING 
FOR THE FOLLOWING RIVERS.
THE MAIN AREA OF PRECIPITATION THROUGH THE EARLY AFTERNOON WILL LIKELY REMAIN 
OVER CENTRAL MISSOURI AND WILL BE SCATTERED IN NATURE. LARGE HAIL IS LIKELY 
WITH THIS SEVERE THUNDERSTORM. MUCH OF THIS WILL FALL AS FREEZING RAIN.
HIGHS IN THE MID 70S. SOUTHWEST WINDS 10 TO 15 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 25 MPH. THE 
COMBINATION OF HEAVY RAINFALL AND SNOWMELT ACROSS THE UPPER OHIO VALLEY.
