Hello , I want to talk with you on a personal level. About the company you're currently involved with, or the online program you're working.
I'm just going to come right out and ask you. IS IT WORKING FOR YOU? There are three things that a company should provide you with. If they are not, then you are wasting your time and putting your hard earned money into someone else's pocket. Do you really want to do that? The three things a company should provide you with are these: 1. A clear and simple pay structure that doesn't make you have to recruit literally hundreds of people and wait til the middle of the month after next on the second Thursday after 6pm when they flip the matrix to pay you. You should get paid fast and easy. Ask yourself: Is the time and effort I am putting into this equal to or greater than the amount of free time and MONEY I am getting out of this? Hmmm. Good question. If I am spending Every waking hour recruiting people, and hardselling to everyone I come across to get paid some piddle amount the month after next on that Thursday, is it WORTH IT? I challenge you to give it some thought. 2. A good company will give you support every step of the way. By support, I mean help help and more help. NOT just some help files and support email and address. MOST mlm sites I visit, you cannot even get hold of the so called GURU who is running the show. I have tried it recently to see how far I would get. Cody Moya? NO KNOWN Address. I wrote support to ask how to actually email Cody, and the response given was that Cody doesn't deal with people directly any more. Mike Filsaime? I tried to get a question answered 6 months ago, and I'm still waiting. These people are NOT accessible, but they CLAIM to be here to help. I'm NOT seeing it people. However, they sure can and do take your money. I have not met ONE PERSON yet who can say, YES I am now a millionaire thanks to Mike Filsaime or Cody Moya! A good company will be phone accessible, the team you work with will be there to help you train your people you bring in. And not just your upline. But their upline, and their upline, and THEIR UPLINE...all the way to the TOP... All the way to the GURU who had a hand in the creation of the company. 3. Another thing a good company has is simplicity and useability in their product. It should be as easy to talk about as bringing it up in any conversation with anyone. You shouldn't have to "lead in" to what you're selling. It should be a product that everyone can use and will use. WILL USE being the keyword. The very mention of some of the things going around out here, will make people's blocks go up and you will be tuned out. Period. I don't care if you're selling a pill that will make people's IQs instantly rise to 300, you'll get blocked. Be real. If it sounds too good to be true, it may be. Here's a story. Some of you may remember those "laundry balls" that went around in the 90's. My parents got involved in that MLM and swore to me that those things worked, and had me feel two sets of towels, one washed with the laundry ball, the other washed with regular detergent. I COULDN'T FEEL THE DIFFERENCE...boy were they annoyed with me. They SWORE it worked. Come to find out several months later, it was uncovered that this "blue laundry ball" was a scam. Nothing but water in the ball. How sad. Do you know how many people pushed that ball? Very sad. My point is, don't fall into selling "The Next Big Thing". It always always always fades away, only to be remembered fondly with a chuckle in later days. Don't give your money away to this sort of thing. Sell a product that is something people are using now, will use later, and will always use. People of all shapes and sizes, ages, religions, backgrounds. That is the perfect product. It sells itself. Please, give what I have said some thought. If your company fits the bill, by all means stay with it. I wish you all the success in the world. That's what this is all about. Helping YOU SUCCEED.
