I am looking for a full stack engineer for my startup. Ours is a Rails stack with tight coupling to Ubuntu server & we have have hacked/tweaked a few things (in-fact need more tweaking going ahead) in the Ubuntu distro on the server. I would prefer guys who have end to end app development experience including shipping their app to production & maintaining it. The posting has some on-job problems posted as challenges. One of it needs a Linux kernel tweaking. They are under 'how to apply' section. Interested guys need to send me approach of one of the problems (others are in the field of Nodejs & Rails). If I like your approach, I would then work with you to deploy the solution. There will not be any interview. You get paid for successful completion even if you do not not decide to take up the job.
