Mary,

I appreciate your work on this document, but I don't know where or how to draw
the line.

Personally, I will strongly try to be vegetarian, but eat meat rather than
starve (a situation that arises when travelling).
But I will also try to eat fairly traded produce, and also try to reduce the
food-miles. I prefer food that can be traced to source (which is hopefully
local).

I wonder whether your draft should either go into *all* details, or try to
up-level a bit to limit itself to imperatives (such as allergies and religious
requirements).
