Yes, exactly, and if anyone following this thread has not read http://www.ietf.org/internet-drafts/draft-loughney-what-standards-01.txt yet, that's unfortunate. John Loughney is faithfully working this issue, without a lot of feedback, positive or negative, and he is SO right.
