Gentlepeople,
        Ok, it seems that UUNet routes are back in the C&W domain. All of
our test cases that exhibited looping bahavior during the event are now
getting to their destinations. Please let us know in the NOC (Diplomat
room) if anyone continues to have problems. We'll post details on the root
cause when the post-mortem is complete.

        Note also, that this means that the MBone connectivity should be
back up and active.
