Ahh.  So the adoption barrier is much, much worse than for ARC. It is literally every piece of the global email transit infrastructure.


That confusion affects ARC as well. Those who use it produce a series of ARC sets, one for each internal hop, which make little sense. There should be one ARC set per ADMD. I guess the same holds for DKIM2.
