This is an example of where there document is going to need a serious
terminology scrub, because at least among us old crusty email protocol
folks, "relay" means "does not change the destination mailbox". As I
read over this message (and the "Forwarding chains" message), it became
clear to me that terms are being used differently. I think we should
stick as much as possible to the definitions we've used in IETF
documents, but I also suspect we may need some new terms to distinguish
certain kinds of entities that our current documents don't individuate.
Definitely work to be done.
