It should be the envelop from, no? I don't think mf= or equivalent can be
avoided, unless we slightly push the use of Author: (RFC 9057).
To recap, the use of rt=, as you illustrated, is optional. If it is specified,
the message was not intended for any of the To:/Cc: recipients, so it is a
Bcc:, so it must be single-valued. If it is not specified, it makes no
difference whether the message was intended for one or more To:/Cc: recipients.
