I'll consider this the first bit of external review feedback and fold it in
as part of that process.

For everyone's information, the IESG approved the v6 charter for external
(i.e., general IETF) review and feedback.  That should start any time now
and last until February 20th when it returns to the IESG for final review
and approval.

The time slot allocation (currently marked as a BoF) was also approved.
