## New Start & Lunch Time

Session start times will be moved to 09:00 local meeting time, and lunch will 
be from 12:30-14:00.


## Public Side Meetings 

The Secretariat has a new tool for managing room allocations for side meetings. 
To schedule a side meeting:

1. Visit https://sidemeetings.ietf.org/ to view all scheduled side meetings.

2. Click on "Request a Side Meeting" in the upper right corner; fill in all 
necessary information about your meeting, and submit a request. Note that if 
your desired time slot does not appear in the list of options, the room is 
unavailable during that time.

3. The Secretariat will confirm each requested meeting on a first-come, 
first-served basis. Please contact [email protected] with any questions or 
concerns.
