Only very few RFC6493-like records were created in the Global RPKI at some point in time. However, there are currently no valid RFC6493 records in the Global RPKI. Moreover, there are: (1) no actively maintained implementations, (2) no known deployments, (3) no known deployment plans by Regional Internet Registries (RIRs), and (4) operational concerns about duplication of functionality (e.g., versus use of RDAP) and privacy. The operational experience supports reclassification of RFC 6493 as Historic.
