# Complimentary Shuttles from Hong Kong Airport

Thanks to our generous local supporter, Hong Kong Internet Registration
Corporation (HKIRC), complimentary shuttles will be available for in-person
IETF participants on Friday, 13 March 2026 from the Hong Kong airport to the
Futian Shangri-La.

Please sign up for this service on the participant wiki as space on these
shuttles is limited. If you are arriving outside of the available windows,
please feel free to send an email to [email protected]. If we receive enough
requests for an alternative time slot we will work with HKIRC to accommodate
you.

# Visas

For this meeting, the Letter of Invitation (LOI) is issued by IETF 125 Shenzhen
meeting host CNNIC. For more information please visit:

https://www.ietf.org/meeting/visas/

We are experiencing an increasing number of attempts to obtain our LOIs by
people who are unrelated to the IETF. To ensure that we do not inadvertently
support visa fraud, we are applying a higher level of scrutiny to all of our
support for visa applications. We apologize in advance for any friction this
might cause.
