This document is the product of the Limited Additional Mechanisms for PKIX and SMIME Working Group. The IESG contact persons are Paul Wouters and Deb Cooley. Working Group Summary There was broad consensus for this widely used protocol. Document Quality This protocol is widely implemented and used. Includes ASN.1 which has been verified. The reference to RFC 5208 is used to state that is has been obsoleted by RFC 5958. DownRef: RFC 5911 is already in the downref registry.
