The Education and Outreach Directorate (eodir) Directorate will hold a virtual interim meeting on 2025-09-17 from 10:00 to 11:00 America/New_York (14:00 to 15:00 UTC).
Agenda: This is an interim meeting to brainstorm around some of the issues that came up during IETF 123 related to improving GitHub training materials. The objective is to talk about making GitHub more accessible to all IETF participants and easier for working group chairs to manage. Draft Agenda: 1. Intro/Admin (5 min) 2. Brainstorming Session. (45 min) Possible questions include: -- Who are the different audiences? Not all GitHub users are the same. -- What are the relevant GitHub workflows? -- What help or information is available now? -- What are the gaps in the available information? -- What isn’t working for some people? -- Are there any issues associated with the intersection of github tooling with IETF processes? -- What do Chairs/AD need to look out for? 3.
