This document is the product of the Limited Additional Mechanisms for PKIX and SMIME Working Group. The IESG contact persons are Paul Wouters and Deb Cooley. This document describes the conventions for using the Stateless Hash-Based Digital Signature Algorithm (SLH-DSA) in X.509 Public Key Infrastructure. The conventions for the associated signatures, subject public keys, and private keys are also described. Document Quality Some code has been written. ASN.1 is used. Once a placeholder values are inserted for the module identifiers that will be assigned by IANA, the ASN.1 module in Appendix A compiler without error. No other registrations are necessary.
