(nmop) to consider the following document: - 'Some Key Terms for Network
Fault and Problem Management'

The IESG plans to make a decision in the next few weeks, and solicits final
comments on this action. Please send substantive comments to the
[email protected] mailing lists by 2025-06-02. Exceptionally, comments may
be sent to [email protected] instead. In either case, please retain the beginning
of the Subject line to allow automated sorting.

Abstract


   This document sets out some terms that are fundamental to a common
   understanding of network fault and problem management within the
   IETF.

   The purpose of this document is to bring clarity to discussions and
   other work related to network fault and problem management, in
   particular to YANG models and management protocols that report, make
   visible, or manage network faults and problems.
