ICSA, We are excited to be hosting your teams here at the US Naval Academy for the Intrepid Trophy, Navy Fall Women's Navy Fall, MacMillan Cup and Kennedy Cup. Since our venue is a little different than others you travel to, please take note of the special requirements for competing here:
1. First of all, you will need to apply for gate access at least 7 days in advance of your competition to be allowed to drive onto the yard. To do this, please visit this site: http://www.navysports.com/ot/navy-visitors-team-officials.html You can click on the link for the "Visiting Team Travel Party Access Request" and use this login information: username: team password: go2navy! You will probably not hear anything back from security here, but if you fill out he form correctly, you should be on the access list come race day. 2. Since there can sometimes be problems at the gate or road closures in town for various reasons, we recommend that you plan on arriving early for sailing each day so that you will be covered should a problem arise. 3. You should also plan on bringing everything you need with you for the day when you arrive in the morning. There is not any place convenient to here to pick anything up throughout the day.
