It was another beautiful day in Charleston as sailors were greeted by clear skies and temperatures in the 60s. Racing began on Crab Bank at 10:30 after a short postponement onshore due to several no shows. Four races in each division were completed using W4s with an offset and a gate before a lunch break was taken. The fleet of 20 boats rode the ebb tide back to Crab Bank where 8 more races were sailed using modified gold cups and W4s. Two protests were filed and will be heard in the morning.
