Some of you may have heard rumblings about the National Sailing League I am trying to start up with the help from other young ICSA alumni. It is an attempt to bring team racing into the world of professional sports with teams drafted from the best ICSA has to offer.
Sailing Anarchy <http://www.sailinganarchy.com> put a post on their front page (6th article down as of 5/27) about it and an exhibition we are having at Fan Pier, Boston during the Extreme Sailing Series over July 4th weekend. You can also find out more at www.facebook.com/NationalSailingLeague. Feel free to let me know what you think; I have received a lot of good ideas from the NEISA sailors on the docks this spring. Hopefully if the league gets off the ground, it will bring additional exposure to college sailing. Thanks, Mark Rinaldi Harvard Afterguard '10 ________________________________________________ icsa mailing list [email protected] http://www.collegesailing.org/mailman/?listname=icsa Unsubscribe: Send a blank email to [email protected]
