Harvard is excited to host the Atlantic Coast Championship this weekend. The regatta will be sailed in 2 fleets of FJs. Many thanks to Fran Charles, Matt Lindblad and Matty Cohen for loaning us the MIT fleet. The divisions will not switch fleets. A division will sail the Harvard fleet, B division will sail the MIT fleet. We will need some help derigging the MIT fleet at the end of the regatta. In the easterly breeze we will rotate off the Harvard docks. In a northerly, we may rotate off the MIT dock. All teams should report to the Harvard Sailing Center by 9:30am on Sat. A Competitors' Meeting will take place on the Harvard Dock at 9:45am. Sailors should be dressed and ready to sail prior to the meeting. Racing will commence as soon as possible after the meeting. B division sailors will have to walk to MIT to rig. Courses will be W3, W4 and W5 with an offset mark at the top and a gate at the bottom. Any team who would like to email me their starting lineups in advance is encouraged to do so.
