FINAL RESULTS
REGATTA HIGHLIGHTS:
It was beautiful day on the Elizabeth river as nine teams fought it out for
the 2009 Fall MAISA Women's Championship. Conditions ranged from 4-12 out
of the south. All races were W2s with gates. A big thank you to the
Monarch sailing team for giving up their homecoming weekend to run this
important event. Congratulations to the teams that qualified for the
Women's ACCs to be held next weekend at Brown. Congratulations also to the
Statesmen(women) from William & Smith College for picking up the well
deserved victory.
