REGATTA HIGHLIGHTS:
Saturday morning saw a light northerly die and a ESE breeze fill in for
the first race. After that the breeze shifted to SSE where one more race
sailed using course W4 with an offset mark.
The breeze shifted to the south in the afternoon but was very shifty
with
large velocity changes (4-12knots). Four more races were sailed using
course
W6. Although the fleet got spread out at times there were many position
changes all afternoon.
There were no protests, breakdown or yellow flags.
The forecast is good for tomorrow and the action should be exciting.
