FINAL RESULTS
REGATTA HIGHLIGHTS:
Saturday: A cloudy and windy day with west winds between 10-20 knots and some
higher gusts and big shifts. Only a few capsizes, no protests, no breakdowns.
Courses were W3s and W4s with offsets and gates, and Gold Cups and Triangle
windwards. Racing ended at around 5:15pm with lots of cold and tired
competitors.
Sunday: Sunny and warmer with great breeze from the West/NW at 10-20 knots once
again. Some higher puffs, big shears, and huge shifts. All windward/leeward
courses with an offset and gates. The ladies did a terrific job handling the
tough and windy conditions and there wasn't a single capsize. No protests or
breakdowns. It came down to the last race with Yale and Brown separated by
three points. Congratulations to Yale for prevailing and winning the 23rd Brad
Dellenbaugh Trophy.
