The University of Hawaii Team will be having practice on Friday afternoon at
3:00 and any teams wanting to sail are welcome to come down to Sand Island.
Directions from the Windward side of the island:
Take H3 heading towards Pearl Harbor
Take the Airport cut off heading east
Exit on to Nimitz Hwy after passing the Airport
Take a right at the first light on to Sand Island Access Rd
Continue on Sand Island Access Rd and travel over the bridge
take your first right and continue on tothe Marine Center.
FROM Waikiki
Take Nimitz Hwy West
Take a left on to Sand Island Access Rd
Continue on Sand Island Access Rd and travel over the bridge
take your first right and continue on tothe Marine Center.
FROM UH and Manoa/Hawaii Kai
Take H 1 West , take Airport Cut off and exit on to Nimitz HWY
You will then be under the freeway, make a U turn at the 1st light
Go east on Nimitz Hwy and make a right turn on to Sand Island Access Rd
Continue on Sand Island Access Rd and travel over the bridge
take your first right and continue on tothe Marine Center.
