DARTMOUTH COLLEGE is accepting applications for the position of Head Coach of Sailing (Position #0612500). The head coach is responsible for all aspects of coaching, developing and administering a nationally competitive intercollegiate sailing program within ICSA, Ivy League, and institutional standards. The successful candidate will be expected to foster team competitive success while maintaining a strong emphasis on the personal development and academic achievement of student-athletes.
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree preferred or the equivalent combination of education and experience. Eight years experience in a competitive sailing program and previous coaching experience required; intercollegiate sailing experience preferred. Excellent communication skills and the ability to recruit effectively within the Ivy League philosophy of no athletic grants-in-aid and highly selective admissions standards.
