The Intersectional Coordinator has approved a change in the format for
the BDC. The regatta will be sailed in 3 divisions from now on. This
spring it will be sailed in 2 fleets of FJs and 1 fleet of Techs. Each
division will sail each fleet for 6 races. Any questions regarding this
