NOTICE OF RACE
1. HOST CLUB
University of Oregon at Eugene Yacht Club, Oregon
2. RULES
The regatta will be governed by the ICSA Procedural Rules (Fall 2005-Spring
2008), the 2005-2008 Racing Rules of Sailing, and the Santana 20 class
rules. Any changes to rules will be in the Sailing Instructions.
3. ENTRY
No entry fee. Team eligibility is dictated by NWICSA Procedural Rules.
However, because we are using private boats owned by the members at Eugene
Yacht Club we need all participating teams to have proof of insurance along
with a $100 security deposit to cover any damage that may occur while
racing. The cost of damage done to any sailing vessel will be placed upon
the club who caused the damage.
Please RSVP by September 24, 2006.
4. BOATS
The boats will be Santana 20s. Boats will be borrowed from members of
Eugene Yacht club and used for both days of the Regatta. There are six
boats and teams will rotate boats on the water to ensure a fair event.

Skippers meeting 10:30 am
First warning 11:00 am
Sunday, Oct 1, 2006
Report Time 9:30 am
First warning 10:00 am
No starts after 4:00 pm
This will be a round robin event where boat switching will take place on the
water. One or two rotations will take place for the regatta, weather
permitting.
