Hi everyone, Attached is a flier advertising a Sailing Foundation fundraiser taking place in Seattle, September 30th. I know this is Sloop quals. weekend, but if anyone is interested in attending, you should do it! The Sailing Foundation has been a driving force in promoting high school and college sailing in the Northwest, and they've helped our sport immensely. Anyways, it should be an interesting presentaion and a good oppurtunity to support a great organization!

The attached flier contains a flier which we hope you can arrange (1) to post on the NWICSA and UW team's web sites and, more important, (2) to send electronically to all members of the UW Sailing Team and other NWICSA teams with a note urging them to attend.. Note that the Annual Meeting is in Seattle near Sand Point on the Saturday night of Octoberfest. This time was selected in the hope that many of the young sailors whom we are trying to support and their families would attend. Cheers, Dick
