On Jeff's same note:
I think the Varsity grants would be great, but there are some
set backs in the MSCA also. THe entire division is Club teams,
that's a lot of schools to convince to add another varisity
sport. The biggest issue for many of the teams in our area is
that we are under Title 10. We must have an equal number of men
and women varsity teams. That would mean going through the
process of forming and approving two new varsity teams at each
school. I know how difficult it can be to just get a club team
going, what is it going to be like to set up two varsity teams
and ask the school to continue to fund them after the grant money
has been used?
