Just a quick play for the V15 class that so many of you race them in
the summer. If you want to sign up for the v15 email list you can do
so at http://www.v15.org/email/index.html Not sure if this is a legal
use of the list so I will throw in a college sailing related topic.
Don?t you all think it would be cool if while fully hiking out in a
collegiate dinghy you could stay in a full hiking position and still
push your tiller to leeward to turn up, either at a leeward mark or
after ducking a boat up wind. I can?t figure out why all two person
collegiate boats have their tiller extension cut at least 4 inches to
short. I can?t imagine its money; it must only cost a couple extra
cents for a factory to get 4 more inches on a silly piece of tube.
