If you could please email me with this information if you are in need of
housing or transportation:
1. Housing - How many people are coming from your team and when are you
going to be coming in?
2. Transportation - I have rented a 16 person van from GT and will be
able to pick up teams from the airport if needed. I need to know your
flight information (time of arrival, airline, date when leaving to go
home) and also a cell phone number for the person that I need to be in
contact with so we are able to be in touch for delays or what not.
I'm going to try to coordinate the trip to the best that I can so teams
won't be waiting at the airport. I have an apartment very close to the
airport - so that could be a place where we could wait for other teams.
