If your program is interested in buying a used fleet there are a couple of top notch fleets currently available:
1998 Vanguard FJ's (18 available) Super Duty filled rails (2 piece rub rail like SMC, ODU, Navy, KP, etc. . .) used by the US Coast Guard Academy 2001 Vanguard 420's (22 available) Heavy Duty rub rails used by the US Naval Academy Both fleets can be purchased either with brand new sails (never been used) or without sails.
